Privacy Policy

When you place an order, create an account, or sign up for a notification, we collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
• Order history and the products, scents, and colors you've purchased
• Account information, if you create one, including your rewards points balance

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Payment is processed directly by Stripe (see "Third parties we work with" below).

We also automatically collect basic usage data when you browse the site — pages visited, general location, and device/browser type — through Google Analytics.

• To process and ship your order, and to contact you about it
• To maintain your account, rewards points balance, and order history
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and password-reset emails
• To notify you when a product line you signed up for becomes available
• To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it
• To detect and prevent fraud

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for ad targeting.

Our site uses cookies and similar browser storage for a few specific purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering what's in your cart, and Google Analytics' tracking cookies, which help us understand site traffic in aggregate. None of these are used to build an advertising profile of you or to track you across other websites.

We share information with a small number of service providers, only as needed to run the store:

• Stripe — processes your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• Firebase (Google) — hosts the site and stores account and order data securely.
• Google Analytics — provides aggregate site traffic data.
• Shippo — generates shipping labels and tracking numbers for your order.
• QuickBooks — our bookkeeping software, used to record sales for accounting purposes.

Each of these providers only receives the information it needs to do its job for us.

• You can view and update your account information anytime by signing in.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.

We keep your order and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with tax and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
