Terms of Use

Every bar is handmade, hot-processed, and hand-poured in small batches. Because of that, color, scent strength, and surface texture can vary slightly bar to bar — that's a feature of handmade soap, not a defect.

Our soap is for external use only. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend a patch test before regular use. Ingredient lists are shown on each product page — please check them before you buy.

Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale — we may cancel and refund an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or if we suspect fraud. We also reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order ships.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Please use accurate information when you sign up.

Rewards points have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted or removed if we find evidence of fraud or abuse. We may change or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

Promo codes are subject to their own individual terms (expiration, minimum order, one use per customer, etc.) and may be limited or canceled if we detect misuse.

Please don't use the site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or copy our content in bulk, to interfere with the site's normal operation, or to place fraudulent orders.

The Tampa Soap Co. name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tampa Soap Co. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
