The Christmas Reserve
Seven rich butters and oils, layered rather than blended, for a lather that feels less like soap and more like the inside of a cashmere sleeve. This is the kind of recipe we’d never put into standing production — too much butter, too little yield, entirely worth it once. There is exactly one batch.

Not everything we make is meant to stay.
Every so often we cook up something too particular, too expensive, or too strange for the regular lineup — and rather than shelve it, we make a small numbered batch and see what happens. No restocks, no second run, no promises. If enough of you fall for one, it graduates to the permanent collection. Otherwise, it stays exactly what it was: a very good bar of soap, and one of only a few hundred ever made.
